I spent years working in M&A financial due diligence, operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments across a wide range of industries. I got to see inside dozens of different companies — what systems worked, what didn’t, and where so many businesses were leaving massive efficiency gains on the table.

That experience showed me one thing very clearly: small and mid-sized businesses are often falling behind because they don’t have the systems and automations they need to compete.
